Tonight the cast and filmmakers of New Line Cinema’s MORTAL KOMBAT II attended the Sydney Fan Screening at IMAX Sydney, to celebrate the latest chapter of the iconic franchise.
The film’s stars Karl Urban, Jessica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Chin Han, CJ Bloomfield, Ana Thu Nguyen and Desmond Chiam walked the red carpet alongside director/producer Simon McQuoid and producer E. Bennett Walsh.
Dedicated fans gathered for the high-energy event in the forecourt of IMAX Sydney at Darling Harbour, where a martial arts troupe performance set the scene and the Ultimate Kombat Cosplay Competition was judged, with the winner scoring tickets to head inside and be among the first in Australia to see the film. The cast also took part in a Q&A on the red carpet before heading inside to introduce the film to the lucky fans.
